Giving compliments and making complaints…
We want to be able to consistently provide a quality service. If you have comments, compliments or complaints please let us know.
It is always so lovely to hear when we have done well so if you have any compliments we would be glad to receive them whether it’s by email, phone call, letter or in person. Positive feedback is a real boost.
However, we are equally keen to know about where we could have done better and will do our utmost to resolve issues where there have been problems. We will use this feedback to review our practice and make improvements to our service.
